I'm Back Again at my highest weight

I've been here before started out the same I'm at my highest weight and going to do it this time. Sound familiar how many times do I have to do this before I get it right every start gungho and away I go. I start and think ok this is it. I have done so many different eating plans. They all work they were all healthy then I lose so much and think I have this and then I get back to the old eating habits. I know all the rules about being a life long eating plan you need to follow for ever. I know that exercise is not the most important thing in weight loss food is.
I need to do it this time it is something that I want to do for me. I was away for quit awhile I only use my phone and I couldn't access everything like my sparkpage or my bonus points. I also want to add my foods I eat regularly to my nutrition tracker so I can track and stay inside the guidelines. I got my laptop cleaned up so I could do that.
Here I go again this time I WILL STAY THE COURSE. I left Facebook too much time and there is nothing positive there way too much wasted time. Sparkpeople is a POSITIVE site that I enjoy reading the posts and getting my points.
