Warrior Pose

Pic of me on my mat....with my dog.... in warrior 1 pose.... I was challenged by a wellness group to stand in a strong pose of my choosing and share about it today.... a pose that helps me find strength and courage for heart, mind and body. Warrior 1 was the pose that called out today...and I was grateful for the challenge. I’m curious, what makes you feel strong and courageous when facing challenges? Today’s successes: I logged everything I ate today 🍅 🍏 🍗 🥜 🥗 Made it to my mat for my yoga practice 🧘‍♀️💛 Drank all my water 💦 Things I’d like to do better at tomorrow: complete tasks that are begun all the way. I have a few of these and it may take a few days. I will get it done ✅ I feel like today was a real turning point and made real progress with the inner work of the journey. Breakfast Potato with squash onion and pepper sautéed together, black coffee Lunch Supplement shake, turkey slices and some awesome flavored crunchy shiitake mushrooms Snack Homemade juice Dinner Salad chicken penne with loade veggie bruschetta sauce Sweet tooth stopper: 1 tbsp. Chocolate Chips
