New Month - Back to My Healthy and Fit Lifestyle Attitude!

When I retired years ago I decided I would leave the house and go somewhere to exercise. I needed to be around people and keep moving. I am basically a lazy person and I was afraid I would sit around, watch TV, and eat junk food. Well Covid 19 came along, my sister in-law who I was helping daily ended up in a memory care facility, and the neuropathy in my feet became worse along with bone spurs on my big toe.
I am now 11.8 pounds from my new goal weight instead of 5 pounds away. It is time to get back on track! I have been exercising 6 days a week but not at my full potential. I have loved living my healthy and fit lifestyle for the last several years. I never wanted to give it up so I am making a commitment today, to myself, to get back on the healthy and fit lifestyle track!
I hope to reach my goal by my 73rd birthday which is in July.
