Happy Birthday and Anniversary! You can't give up on yourself. Change things up! Try a different form of exercise and journal your food and see what nutrients your might be missing. Try a low carb high protein diet. When I hit a plateau I change up things in my life, and the weight starts to come off again. Just remember that you are worth it, and dont' give up. 36 days ago
