I really took control this week

This month came with great hope and expectations! A week and a half in the month ; lots of stress and uncertainty. Results? I put on 6 pounds in a short time.
Sunday, I looked at my journal and realized what has been going on. Wake up time!!!
Right there and then, I took control and did what I had to do. I've lost5.5.1 pounds so not much to go before I'm all caught up. I even have a .3 lost fr the moth - not much but will definitely have less of me than April 30th! 9 days to go
