Another thing - eating slowly

Since I am having dinners with more calories than usual, I am focusing on slowing down my eating and not going back for more. Also, I need to measure what I can, for example rice.
I am working on making my meals stretch out for at least 20 minutes, putting down my fork in between bites, drinking water between bites, drinking water or tea before dinner, no snacking in front of tv or while reading.

Yesterday, I had my first off day in a while. I think part of it was that I didn't exercise early and throughout the day. I am going to try to always get some exercise first thing in the morning and try to exercise throughout the day (house cleaning, dancing, youtube zumba, elliptical). I need to get the stress and anxiety out of my system and I need to keep busy with things that don't involve tv and food.

    I lost over 90 pounds by this method and have kept it off. Of course, I eat real foods but I do not deny myself something I really want
