5/2/20 SMART Goals

I'm just tinkering a bit with my goals from the last challenge.

SMART GOALS
Specific – Get my A1C under 7.0 so that I can avoid getting put on another medication.
Measurable – Use blood sugar meter regularly and, in July, get lab tests.
Attainable – Track daily; keep calories, carbs and fat at or below recommendations; walk or ST every day; get at least 7 hours sleep/night.
Realistic – My A1C went from 7.5 to 7.0 in a previous round, but I would like to see it go down to at least 6.5. Since I got it down by .5 last time, this should be doable.
Time – I will reach this goal by July.
