Weight loss in the time of Corona

My partner and I have been in lock down doing our best to stay healthy for 40+ days now, and my weight has been moving in the wrong direction. Short daily yoga videos and the occasional Ring Fit Adventure session have not made up for the stress baking and emotional eating that has plagued me.
It's time for a reset, so here I am! I had real success using SP in the past, though I am still SO SALTY that they deleted all of my old food logs without even a warning e-mail. That record would have been really useful to refer to as I try to get back into the healthy habits that supported weight loss for me in the past.
Anyway, I have a plan. Calories in less than calories out. Continue to exercise every day using yoga and barre videos. Eat more veggies and meat, fewer empty carbs and sugary treats. Severely limit booze. Track EVERYTHING and work on emotional health, which has always been my downfall when it comes to stress eating.
