A Mocha Maniac once again.... or is that still?

Oh so very long ago, I was blessed to be in a series of BLC challenges here on sparkpeople. I was in BLC challenges for a couple of years, as a team mate and sometimes a captain. And now I am back. And I have been placed with the Hot Mocha Maniacs... which is AWESOME as I was a Mocha Maniac many years ago.

I am excited to be back with BLC. I am excited to be back with the Maniacs... even though obviously the names are almost all new (except for 2!!)

I am determined to take advantage of this awesome opportunity and get the scale moving again.

I always used to tell team mates that they are worth the effort... and now I am telling myself that. I have let corona steal my motivation but it is time to stop that nonsense and invest in my fitness and track my food and make this happen.
