-I have been doing well this week by committing to not binging at night from the fridge. It has been hard, but I try to keep myself busy. So far I've lost 5 pounds! Woohoo! It's a start. I marked my ticker on my profile with seven days of not over snacking. Seeing that streak and how far I can go helps a lot. :-)
2. Eat more fruits & veggies
-Today I had some peppers and dip. I also had pineapple. Yum!
3. Spring into Shape Bootcamp Challenge
-I have not been perfect with this, but there is always next week! It's a great workout and it has been challenging for sure, but I try the exercises as best as I know how to do, even if I have to take lots of break and modify some of the routines.
4. Exercise at least 10 minutes every day
-I have been practicing step aerobics.
I'm going to create a healthy lifestyle journal. I bought a sparkly orange notebook because it reminds me of Spark People. I have lots of stickers and gel pens, and motivational quotes to print out. This will also keep me busy from overeating. I can't wait to start it.
6. Read "The Spark"
-I am on the third chapter. I love it so far. Keeps me motivated :-)
7. Clean my Home
-Not perfect but I'm getting there!
8. Pray & Keep God first place
-My mom bought me a prayer box for Easter to write my prayers in. I think I will write them down and then check them all at the end of the year.
9. Love myself/Be Kind
-I simply just want to take care of myself and learn to appreciate me.
10. Only weigh myself once a week!
-This will be the most difficult one for me. But I can do this!
