ONEderland, Smaller Sizes, 25 lbs Gone
Monday, April 06, 2020
I broke 200 lbs back in Feb 2020 and I'm down a total of 25 lbs since joining SP. The hardest part of this journey for me has always been getting back on track after I've fallen off for a while because not only do I regain most of what I'd lost but I know the mountain I need to climb AGAIN... and just that thought alone makes me feel like I'm fighting a losing battle... BUT quitting has NEVER been an option. I may take a longgggg break from doing what needs doing, knowing deep down that the LONGER I put if off, the HARDER it's gonna get and the MORE effort it'll take but the part of me that refuses to quit hunkers down and I'm back on track HOPING this will be the last time I have to climb that dagnabit mountain!
I still have a long ways to go but I'm just concentrating on losing a few pounds at a time, staying with my healthy lifestyle, practicing patience, being my best cheerleader and loving the support from my sparkfriends. I also have lots of cute hardly worn smaller sized clothes in my closet waiting on me and it would be a shame to have to give them away. I tried on a few things last weekend and they fit again. I don't have any place to go (lock down), but that doesn't stop me from wearing them at home. It's nice to look in the mirror these days and see a happier person smiling back at me.
Be safe and stay well.
