3. "Is my chosen diet healthy and sane?"

With the invasion of COVID19 in our lives, I went off track with my blogging. If you're reading this, I hope and pray you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

"Is my chosen diet healthy and sane?"

A resounding 'yes!'. I count calories while applying common sense and self-love. I also make sure I exercise regularly; some days/weeks are better than others. I feel so blessed to have found Spark People 10 years ago (whew!) and, although I have had fluctuations in my weight over those 10 years, I know I can always turn to the SP community for support and understanding.

We all have to take an honest approach with ourselves and find what works best for us. More importantly, we have to take the time to figure out our 'triggers' and what could potentially become a 'field of landmines' situation.

Losing weight and staying healthy takes time, thought and energy.

    a great blog we need to remember eating sparky is healthy and that is what they keep telling us to do while we deal with virus. some one posted a great reminder i put it on my fridge door. the quote came from the doctor on my 600 pound life and i can hear him in my head. The virus did not make eat that your chose to put it in your mouth. you are an inspiration emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I wish you the same! It's an entire mind and body search I need to go through to finally and hopefully reach where I want to be. Thank you. A lot to ponder about. emoticon
