It's Friday, WW Zoom Day

So, I got my 10,000 steps in again yesterday (maybe I'm on a roll), did one workout in front of my computer. Did pretty good with snacks, a little too many nuts (must weigh before I start). The realization that this life style could continue for another month or so was a real slap in the face and wake up call. I have to learn a new life style and that is a step at a time. I must put on my sneakers in the morning or I will not get my steps in, I must tackle one chore at a time and not think of the big picture. This is really hard, I have worked all my life...as a chlld taking care of my younger siblings, responsible to cooking dinner and the house...to many chores for a child. Started working outside the house at 13 while going to school and never stopped working after that....so this staying at home thing is something I have to learn. Little steps like I have learned in behaviour modification....a work in progress. I know I can do this, I just had to get that slap in the fact to kick it off.
Today when I weighed I was up a pound, still below goal so I am okay with WW. My wakeup call came just in time! Looking forward to seeing all my friends on our Zoom meeting.
