A friend asked that I explain box breathing.
I use it to build lung capacity. Others use it to allay anxiety, simply meditate, or lower blood pressure.
No matter the use, we could all do with less stress and stronger lungs.
So, Hippie Harpy Presents...box breath.
Sit or lie down.
Exhale completely, push it out.
Breathe in for the count of three.
Hold for the count of three.
Exhale as completely as you can for the count of three.
Pause for the count of three.
Breathe in three.
Continue for at least five minutes.
