Mid March Update

I decided to choose to do my own topic for my blog this week. I decided to do a Mid March update about how March is going. March is going pretty good for my healthy lifestyle. Ive had a couple off days, but I have gotten back on track. My nutrition has struggled the most on my off days. Even days where I dont get actual cardio or planned exercise, Im still pretty active so I still get a decent amount of activity. My water has been pretty good overall.
