Spark Names

I take great delight in seeing the variety and diversity of name chosen by Spark People. My name EMMACORY is a combination of my Mom and Dad's name. They always instilled in me and my siblings that we could do whatever we put our mind to do. Mom and Dad gave us great values of integrity, honesty, work ethic, etc. We were also exposed to the "clean your plate club" as well as the "snack club". However, we mostly had whole foods, oranges, apples, beans, corn, etc. My sister and I reflect on what we aet as children is the way we are suppose to eat today also.

I believe Spark also encourages us with good habits, values, support and understanding. It is the larger community working towards a goal of health in body, mind and soul that keeps me coming back daily. I invite you to take a look at some of the spark names and be inspired.
