I decided March 1, 2020 will be my fresh start. I put together a progress book that has my beginning weight, measurements, exercises (mostly strength training), and nutrition choices. I need to take a photo for my visual progress along the way. I will get back into meal planning, prepping and preparing like I did in the pass. It takes a lot of work, but I noticed that I was most successful at losing when I did it. I'm looking forward to feeling better, less knee pain and moving more freely. I can't wait to embrace the warm weather.
Deep down inside I know this time I will be successful. It's just a totally different feeling then before, then just say," I'm going to lose weight". There is something that I always wanted to wear and that's a pair of sexy calf length boots. I have 9 months to achieve that goal by my birthday.
