It's been quite a while since I have done a blog. More of a journal person, I guess. But, every month's beginning has me wanting to make my list of objectives or intentions for the month ahead. And so, in that spirit, I will repeat many things that I want to do:
After my weeklong, wonderful stay at my 'happy place', I intend to review the info I was presented with, including eating and exercise goals. My meal planning needs to be resurrected.
My March intentions:
Increase water consumption - and add in ACV
Follow exercise plan presented at RM - to include Mtn walk, Zone cardio, miniband routine, aquatics (maybe), spin, machine work for legs, elliptical, and SciFit
Follow eating plan presented at RM
Add in some 'relaxing' activities: sauna, yoga stretch, massage work, stretch and rolling
Limit/eliminate sugar, gluten, soy and corn
Get back to reading at night
Walk the dogs daily
Walk at night with husband
Express my gratitude
Tomorrow will be a planning day to get on track for the month ahead.
