I've been wearing the Fitbit for a week and a half now and am just getting used to it. At first I was fixated on how it tracks my workouts differently than the equipment at the gym does. I was upset that I was getting messages that I need to up my food intake because I was so much more active(when it was only because the Fitbit was recording every move I make).
I quickly realized that it would be fun to test whether or not eating a higher range would cause me to gain weight.
This morning I checked my weight even though my official weigh in isn't for a couple of days and I found out I am right on track. I realized after I looked over the last few weeks, I have been eating at the high end of my range all along so the change in calories is not as great as I feared
