Want to get back on track!

I have really not been treating myself very well the last couple of weeks. I have had an all or nothing approach to my health-and I'm really suffering for it! I have not been exercising regularly or watching my portions-and I have been indulging on sweet, nibbly things more often than I care to admit! Funny, I am feeling really out of sorts and generally unhappy as a result. So, I'm reeling myself back in and beginning again from the beginning. I have 27 pounds to lose and I WILL do it. I have worked too hard and achieved too much good to let it all go...

Watch this space. I will have good things to report next weekend.

    I have had this sort of thing happen to me too Andie .... Really, it's not just you.
    And when I eat badly it really does affect my motivation and makes me feel quite "low" and not in good spirit's.
    When I eat wisely and control what I put into my mouth .... i just feel great!
    I'll be watching this space!
    Good for you for recognising what's been happening ..... No going back is there Andie ..... With your great attitude, you will lose the 27 pounds .... YEH!!
