Want to get back on track!

I have really not been treating myself very well the last couple of weeks. I have had an all or nothing approach to my health-and I'm really suffering for it! I have not been exercising regularly or watching my portions-and I have been indulging on sweet, nibbly things more often than I care to admit! Funny, I am feeling really out of sorts and generally unhappy as a result. So, I'm reeling myself back in and beginning again from the beginning. I have 27 pounds to lose and I WILL do it. I have worked too hard and achieved too much good to let it all go...
Watch this space. I will have good things to report next weekend.
