OTF Transformation Challenge Week 4

Had a good week last week. I could have done a little better with eating as my calories were more on the high side but I did track everyday but one day (which exceeded my goal). No soda for the week was huge with Starbucks only twice (hit my goal on this one). Only thing I really didn't do was do a run at least one day this week. Not a huge deal as I did OTF an extra day but would like to start increasing my cardio.

Gonna be a stressful week so here is hoping that I can follow some sort of schedule again this week...losing a pound or two would be a cherry on the top!
