A Time to be Flexible

Life has been weird around here lately.

I was tired and headachey all Saturday. I DID go swimming for two hours, but by the end, I was swimming with my eyes shut, I was so tired.

I went to bed at 8:30 pm, which is 3.5 hours early. I struggled to stay awake that long, but I was determined to finish cooking the Salsa Sour Cream Chicken to eat this week, as well as boiling some eggs.

I slept for 14.5 hours. That's epic, even for me.

Today, I skipped my usual Zumba workout, but for a good reason.

It was warm and sunny outside!

So I used my fitness time to walk outside as much as I could and soak in that sunshine.
Sunshine is important for wellness too, and it's not like I wasn't moving around!

Also, I had a rather large expenditure this weekend. I bought a year's swim membership to the pool!
It's cheaper this way, it's just more money all at once.

I was cautiously buying three month memberships at a time to make sure I would still be motivated to use that membership in the dead of winter. And I am, and now I am set for a whole year!
Yippee!
