New Month New Training Program (THT aka Targeted Hypertrophy Training)

Good day Sunday, Spark Friends! How are each of you doing?
We've entered a new month and it's already February 2, 2020.
I have been looking over the library of fitness training programs saved on my computer trying to decide which one to start in the month of February. I selected Mark McManus’ Targeted Hypertrophy Training program which begins with 3 days per week with a full day of rest in-between. The beginning of this program goes for 10 weeks. I will be using dumbbells, resistance bands and the bionic bar.
There is a worksheet that comes with this program which I will use for tracking purposes. There is a library of exercises that help with substitutions when necessary. I expect to enjoy this program but time will tell the real story.
Of course, the goal of any hypertrophy training is to build muscle. If this occurs, perfect, but I’ll take just being able to maintain current muscle mass and creating some physique changes (loss of fat, loss of inches). My nutrition and a healthy way of eating that my body likes are a number one priority as well.
I'll start this program tomorrow, February 3, 2020. Let the training begin!
