OTF Transformation Challenge Week 2

So last week was more or less a bust. It is hard getting back into the swing of logging food and being mindful or my food and drink intake. I also had some testing that required that I do not exercise so that certainly didn't help. Going to try and do better this week.

    I started my journey by tracking my food before I was ready. It helped me track when I was ready. Now I am in the groove. Also helped me be more conscious of my intake when I did start.
