I was doing great. Lost 60lb. Looked great. And 2 weeks before Christmas the motor in my car blew up and I’ve been basically stranded at home (in the country about 20 miles from town) for sometimes up to 12 days at a time. I’ve gained 15lbs back. Sure, I could use all this time at home to workout, but depression won and here I am.
I’m a softball pitching coach and see girls every day of the week. I incorporate workouts into every lesson. Today I decided to join them. Watched what I ate and worked my ass off. Hoping exercising will keep the depression at bay and I can get back to where I was and keep moving toward my goal.
