CBD oil or lotion Has anyone used it?

Wednesday, January 22, 2020

My daughter had me use hers. It looked like a deodorant. I had a "knot" near my wrist. I have many of these. If I press on it , it hurts. So I rubbed her stuff on it. The pain did go away.Even this morning when I press on it, the pain was practically gone. But I am afraid of it.

Here is some information I found:

I am a HUGE cbd oil fan!
I have gotten such relief from it in the last ten months or so.
Reduced my NSAID and sleep meds by 1/2.
    Sleeping soooo much better.
NO hip pain...I have had bilateral chronic hip bursitis for over ten years.
I did not feel any relief from the little tin of salve I started with but so happy I kept trying...I was that desperate.
Pleeeeease don’t buy the cheap stuff...much of it fake.
Save up and buy the best...you are worth it.
I tried Lazarus Oil ((ok) but prefer Charlottes Web by far.
I take a dropper full under my tongue morning and night.
Taste yucky (smells like marijuana) so put it way in the back of yr tongue and follow that with a glass of water.
NO THC in it at all (I wish!).
I think I spend about $100 a month on it.
    Msg me with any questions.
    Good luck!

@CTUPTON, Chris, I think that I our sweet friend, @PROVERBS31JULIA mentioned once in a blog or comment, that she was taking it as oral drops, placed under the tongue and swallowed, to help her sleep! emoticon

I have no problem with using this. With the side effects of prescription drugs ,as well as their cost, what is the difference of danger? For me, the few side effects mentioned did not apply. With CBD , if it isn't broken, it doesnt get fix in out bodies. As for trustworthy source , research. Just as you should for prescription. Also, as for tests/studies, for both of them and/or any of them, follow the money. Each one, Big PHARMA or natural, will have theirs look the best. ME. I fork out the cost for organic. Buying it from a gas station or grocery store?
Absolutely not! Why organic? Why would I take something that is to be less harmful to my body that is pesticide loaded. Might as well use prescriptions. Few months ago I was given 2 choices to treat a P0SSIBLE
health issue using a drug with 3 pages of warnings upon the top third of the first page in huge black letter FATAL. Seriously?????? The second one would jack the body badly that a high blood pressure med was needed with it. WHAT!!!!! Even though the test came back negative was told it had a tendency to be false. Looked it up and that was printed in the info. But I am to take that poison just in case test lied. For crying out loud, what if is telling the truth? Research and the Good Lord leading me in the direction, have brought numbers down to be at least in the same group as the goal. A year of blood tests to see if numbers stay there was advised to me. Told if that happens, the test was a true negative. Have read articles that suggestion capsule is best form to use as body absorbs better in gut. For topical pain, I do use cream. It works extremely well. Never drop pure oil in your mouth! There has to be a carrier oil to do that. This is getting too long. Sorry about the soap box lecture. Guess its too personal for me. Good luck. Remember,,,research!

We just saw a segment in a health programme made by rral Doctors and they had the contents of 8 popular brands of this analysed and the results were shocking.
Only 1 contained the levels it claimed. 1 contained none! And several contained far too high levels of the THC the psychoactive substance which even contained illegal levels in one.
    It's unregulated.

Yes I have used CBD lotion. It works well on my arthritic wrists and fingers, and not so well on my knees. I have had no side effects.

I personally have not used it BUT I have several friends who swear by CBD oil. Two have had debilitating back pain and it helped both of them. A couple others had various aches and pains and they too say it has helped them.

I tried a topical cream for arthritis pain. Wasn't impressed but I didn't use it a lot.

I was hesitant to use it, too, as I never was a user of the stuff. After I developed a heel spur when on vacation with my brother and used his, I started getting some for myself.
The Today Show this morning talked about it. It doesn't get you high; it just takes away the pain.

I have used CBD salve & it helps my muscle pain. I would use medical marijuana if it was covered by medicare. I may just go ahead & pay for some pain relief without drugs.

I live in Kentucky our CDB is derived from hemp. I found a hemp body wash and body lotion last year at Burlington. I also use CDB oil and gummies that have less than 0.3 or 0 THC.They dull the pain and calm me down. There are some creams that are good
