It’s 6:43 am and I just finished 10 minutes on my Desk Cycle. An exercise snack. (See my blog on exercise snacking)

I ate breakfast at 5 am- shredded wheat and Fair Life 2% milk.
Lunch will be a Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper Fish with organic lemon
Dinner will be chicken and baked potato with veggies
Snacks will be nuts, fruits, and cheese

I try to stay with whole, fresh foods, but occasionally eat processed, as you can see. I still try to be healthy. If I want a candy or bakery item, I buy one and get it home before I eat it so that I can’t go back for more. Making things a big pain in the butt to get more is one of my best strategies because I can be lazy.

I work 8-3 today doing coaching work and sometimes it can give me the munchies when I hear what others are binge eating. Yum! So I have snacks prepared in a BENTO 🍱 BOX. They are very handy. They have 3-6 compartments and you can load them up with healthy snacks to last the day or evening. I do both quite often. It quells my snacking since the compartments are small.

I’ll exercise snack again for 10 minutes around 3 and around 8 or 9.

Then chat on the phone/ Facebook and off to bed.
