Today is the day.. I start taking this seriously

Today I weighed in and saw that I am down 15 pounds. Besides stopping a couple of medications known to pack on the weight, I haven't been too dedicated to making and keeping changes, so this number.. 15.... is motivation.
If I can just track what I eat, be sure to eat enough calories.. and that most are quality calories... how much will I lose?
If I can commit myself to my 10 minutes of fitness a day, how much will I lose?
If I can keep losing weight and get down to my goal, how much better will I feel?
Only time will tell, but I think that the answers will be worth the work to find.
