Most recent bout of PT has solidified my inability to really work out. I knew, but it hurts to hear. I will never do yoga, I will never go for a run, I will never do a sit up. I WILL do plenty of leg lifts and "safely aligned" stretches.
My doctor said if I want to lose weight, I need to focus on my eating because that will be my more productive avenue. I started looking into metabolism-friendly diets and learned a lot about insulin and IGF-1. I ended up buying a book and started the program today...sort of. I read the book after lunch, so I've been working within it for my snacks and dinner. I look forward to seeing what will happen with it. 👍
