BLC42-Winter: Week 1

SMART Goal: I will lose 30 pounds between now and final weigh-ins on 4/1. I will achieve my goal by consistently exercising (3-5 days a week) and tracking my food daily on SP and/or other.
REWARD: When I reach my goal I will reward myself with a mani/pedi and/or new hair style.
As of 1/8/20, eight days in the new year I'm already 3lbs down & I'm thankful for this small victory.
