That Good Advice (You Just Didn't Take?)

I am in a Facebook weight loss group. Today someone posted that his weight loss has stopped and he wants suggestions on how to start losing again. I have tried a lot of things over the years so I wrote to him. Things to try to see if they work for you. Eat dinner later, go to bed earlier, soak in the tub to get out of the kitchen, go to the library or some place where there is no food, make low carb vegetable soup and eat at least one cup each meal or for a snack, have a jug of water on the table at every meal and drink it all, make fruit salad and end your lunch and dinner with 1/2 cup (the finale eating is over), measure all your food, portion control, weigh daily so you are mindful of how it's trending so you know how your diet is working, and NUTRITION TRACKING!

We all know how to lose weight and it's easy to give advice, but it gives me a tune up when I review what has worked for me. Do you have any other suggestions?
