So this was my Leg day. I'll admit it was a little light...because I'm was feeling the workout from the day before.
Cardio...Run/Walk - 20 minutes (2 min intervals)
Leg Raise Machine - 3 sets
Kettleball Sumo Squats - 3 sets
Squat Machine - 3 Sets
Deadlift - 3 sets (increasing)
Glutes Raises on Ball - 3 Sets
Glute Roll in w/Ball - 3 Sets
Not quite Bambi legs when I left but it was a good workout. I pushed harder and lifted heavier because I think I've been taking it easy on myself. My muscles spoke to me all weekend but I'm ready for today.
