A @ I Challenge blog goal setting

I set my goals at the beginning of the month and I do go back and refresh my memory I also I make myself a daily goal such like to eat 1000 calories or drink an extra glass of water/ eat 1 or 2 extra freggies used to do a few extra more fitness minutes but I struggle to do what I do now

    Maybe start off with only setting 1 or 2 goals along with specific steps you will take to achieve these goals. When you have too many it becomes hard to accomplish them all. Work up to it.

    Do you keep a journal of food and activity? I find this really helps.
