On Netflix. I portioned out my comfort foods and just nibbled instead of shoving it in.
Planning my grocery shopping with a few "extras". I've been wanting pizza, so I'm going to get a bag of frozen, chopped peppers and onions, and a frozen pizza. I have mushrooms and tomatoes already. I'm going to load up a pizza with tons of veggies and some Turkey sausage. If I do it when Hubs is home, it only makes 1 meal. For just me, it will be at least 4
I'm also going to get some sugar free jello, if I can find flavors I like. Maybe I'll use my new, giant muffin pan as a mold and make it in batches, I could tip them out and wrap them in plastic and stack them in a container in the fridge. It would let me have more variety, plus portion control.
I got some cabbage yesterday, one red and one green. I'm going to make homemade coleslaw. Small batch, divided into small containers.
I got my son some reusable plastic lids for canning jars, for after he opens his jellies. I think I'll get a couple of sets for myself and use small canning jars to batch make things, like yogurt parfaits, fruit and jello, pumpkin custard, goulash, etc.
We'll see if my motivation holds and the PTSD subsides enough to actually DO it.
Ooh! I think I'll do turkey hotdog and baked beans for lunch today! Planning healthier eating. At least THAT'S something I can control.
