week 103 of therapy and my goals for 2020

This week in therapy I discussed my appointment with Laura that is tomorrow. I also discussed the fact that someone sent mom and me a gift card for the local grocery store. I also discussed the fact that my aunt Carol sent a check to help us out as well in her Christmas card. I also got a goal list that I completed last night. Here is my goal list: 2 things I will get better: listening to R.C. Sproul's sermons and listening for God's voice
Something I want to do less of: swearing
Two new things I will try:
Use prayer journal prompts and use Biblical affirmations
Ten things I want to learn:
how to control stress; how to control anger; how to play violin; how to manage my time; how to play guitar; how to control spending; how to stay organized; how to listen better; how to be an intuitive eater; how to obey authority

    I use to swear a lot. I picked it up in my work environment. One day it hit me that I sweared way to much. Swearing had become a nasty habit for me. It took me thinking before I spoke to tame the swearing. Now I don't sweat. Happy New year 🎉 🎉🎈 🎈
