today - for me the new year has started

good morning- I do not get on the scale often, but I got on today. I maintained through all the food in the house and potential stress and drama. Today is the day to pay attention to me. I have lost weight during my trip which ended a month ago. I have lost weight two weeks ago.
So I am happy and on a roll. I just put on a pair of size 10 last night; I am putting away my size 12s. My BP was good this morning - not excellent - I will work on that. My glucose was fabulous. DH weighs in today. I hope he does well - if not we will see a change in his personality. He was eating popcorn much - we got a dry popper for Christmas. I have a rule for me in my house. I go and read after 6 pm in the evening - I just stay out of the kitchen. DH has to snack on something whether it is a bag of carrots or whatever. I have a hard time with constant eating. Whatever works for you! I know what works for me. Life is good and positive. Have a good day! I will!

    I cannot eat constantly eitherl I cannot eat 3 large meals, but I do have 3 small meals and a snack as needed. BUT I am out of the kitchen @ 7 pm. The lights are off, I don't go back till morning. Works for me!

    That's great you're in a 10 Whooa Yes. Being able to maintain is a key to losing weight. I had to learn that so I could quit yo-yo dieting. It's taken me 4yrs to lose 75# . It's slow but I've changed how I view food forever.
