No Place Like Home

Hello Friends,
Late holiday greetings to you all.
First, to those of you who know me and have left messages, I send my thanks. There are no words to express how they have made me feel.
Long story short I have come home after a few months away. It would seem that a clumsy fall had me breaking my pelvis and hip. What a combo! Apparently the bone cancer has made things a bit brittle and weak (not blaming the clumsiness). A few surgeries later with some shiny new pins and plates I was sent to a rehab to heal and get back on my feet.
Coming home has been a joy like no other and I am so blessed to be able to do so.
So, I have some tinsel and garland on my new walker and am making great progress. The cancer is doing it's thing and we just take that one day at a time. I was never meant to still be here today, so let us celebrate that.
It warms my heart to be able to be back to posting positive messages here.
It is with a grateful heart I wish you all peace and joy in the coming year.
And remember, always speak kindly to yourself because you are always listening.
Judy
