Easy bread recipe - even a cave woman can do it!

I'm posting this for friends. I'm not interested in comments about white flour or carbs. I know about those things.
No Knead Bread Recipe
* 4 cups flour (bread flour, whole wheat flour, or regular white or unbleached flour)
* 2 cups water (room temperature)
* 1 tsp salt
* 1TBSP oil
* 1 heaping tsp yeast
Mix together with your hands or a spoon. Dough will be a bit moist. When mixed, let rise for about 12 hours. You can speed this up by using warm water. Roll dough out on floured surface to form a ball and let rest for 45 minutes (you can skip this step).
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Place dough into dutch oven*. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove dutch oven lid and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Remove bread from dutch oven and cool.
* you can bake in a bread pan and cover loosely with heavy duty aluminum foil for the 1st 30 minutes if you wish.

Since this makes a big round loaf, sizes of slices are up to you.
