This coming year we can do amazing things with our goals!
Don’t make a resolution, make a goal and join my group The ~Indygirl Journey.

We are going to all work together on reaching our personal goals and cheer each other on.

Let’s do some simple math for weight goals. 1.5 pounds per week is 72 pounds lost per year!
2 pounds a week is 104 pounds lost per year! 1 pound per week is 52 pounds lost per year.

This year, my goal is to lose 12-24 pounds. I’m making a progress not perfection goal with my weight. My fitness goal is to do 10 plus minutes of fitness daily. I’ll do these goals by drinking some special smoothies I make for breakfast, taking vitamins, increasing nutrition, & keeping my exercise equipment out and ready to go.
