Assignment: Eating Plan for Tomorrow

I'm writing this post as an assignment. I am trying a 14 day trial of Spark Premium. Today's "Daily Community Task" is to "Use your blog to plan out tomorrow's meal(s) and ingredients!"

I do NOT cook and probably never will. Fortunately for me, my wife does cook and enjoys it too. And, there are lots of easy things I can prepare for when she is too busy.

Breakfast: L's Oatmeal

Every morning my wife, L, prepares her special oatmeal recipe and she makes a portion for both of us. It contains steel cut oats, one egg, milk, chopped dates, peanut butter, banana and blueberries.

Lunch:
raw spinach. I buy it prewashed and just eat a bowl as is. Doesn't taste great, but I know it is good for me and THAT "tastes" good!
microwaved broccoli and carrots. Just clean and chop, salt, microwave. See above about taste.
mixed fruit cup, no sugar added
bagel
cheese

Dinner:
If L doesn't cook something, I have single serve frozen entrees. Stouffer's lasagna as well as various nice ones from Trader Joe's to choose from.
pickled cucumber (one of L's recipes, she makes a big container that lasts a week)
mixed fruit cup, no sugar added
yogurt for dessert
