Going from 300+ to 13.1 Part 3

AKA review goals and set sensible ones to get me there.
The plan is to run 6 smaller races April through September and then the half marathon in October.
1 race at a time!
I have roughly 16 weeks before the first race, which gives me time to:
1) Peel about 40 lbs off my frame: tackling this in (4) 10 lb sets. If I exceed this goal bonus points toward a fancy mani-pedi -- or something else, so long as it's not food based.
2) Start backing my average mile time down from 18 minutes to 10 minutes.
3) Update blog more often as a progress tracker.
