Im Going Down.....

-3 lbs this week...woooo hoooo. Im trying to do this keto thang...and its hard. On the days I dont do so well I make sure that I dont have or limit anything starchy or made with white flour...I see my family members doing so well on Keto and Im like...why cant I get some get right...lol oh well...as long as I keep going down every week...I will call it a win!

    You are doing it right. Typical losses when starting Keto are about 3 pounds in week one. Chances are another 2 or 3 in week 2. It slows after a few weeks, but others on "Team Keto!", like DAWNWATERWOMAN started Keto at over 310 pounds, and she is now under 275, and she keeps loosing most weeks, typically 1 or 2 pounds.

    Stay with it long term, your hunger drops, your last preferences change, and excess body fat will keep going down.
