Today we have nothing scheduled. I went for a one mile walk. After breakfast we watched the first Star Wars movie. I have fabric for a simple blouse to cut out and sew. I have a regular size notebook and a 1/2 size notebooks to sew removable covers for. A couple of things to repair and my sewing machine goes back on the shelf until nex time. After being gone since February 2019, I decided I needed to get back to my TOPS group. I was discouraged because I hadn't been losing weight so I stopped going. I decided to go back the first week in Oct. Between Oct 3 and Nov. 14 I have lost 7 pounds. I hope I can keep going to reach my goal weight.
