Last year we skipped going away to a sunny destination and boy did I miss it! We vowed now to go every year (usually in April) and our next trip will be to Punta Cana. With a direct flight from my own city - easy peasy!
It's motivation to stay on course with my health goals. Slow and steady - I will be feeling amazing (as of today - just over 150 days away).
Since September 1st, I've lost back 12lbs. This month, I'm kicking it up a notch with my exercise now that I'm fully recovered from the surgery this summer. I started slow with walking mostly and now adding in more strength training (aiming for those tank top arms).
Destination 2020 is VISION 20/20! I'm already feeling some inspiration towards meeting some BIG goals for the New Year! On my drive in - thinking about finally realizing a dream and writing a book about my journey to #LoseDaBooze
It will be the year I hit my full year without alcohol and I want to share the journey of progression - not perfection in achieving this!
I also have goals to create some webinar/online course content relative to my coaching.
I will be creating a vision board and may even do a mini-webinar on that to share how I create mine and the process of reflection as you're putting it together.
For now - I'm 'present' and acknowledging the new day, new week and plans to make it a great one (enjoying my 3 days alone at home while my partner is off hunting and my daughter is still visiting a friend in Rochester MN).
