November - Better than October

I'd say October was a success in ending the year in a good state. Could have been better...but I say I did fair to middlin. I started reading at night - missed a few nights, but I started. Dog walks were the same. Better than half the month. same with exercise - better than half.

Things to improve on in November: Mtn walk, swim, sauna, stretching. AND eating. Gotta get my eating under control. Reduce with goal to eliminate sugar and gluten. Work on improving my veggie intake. Plan out my snacks as that is a problem area for me.

So - eating....more protein. Simple meals. And watch my portions.

2 months left in the year. End it well.
