Outlast this by continuing to do what you need to do for your health and well being. Revisit your plan. Are you only doing the things that you're willing to continue for the rest of your life? Have you excluded an entire food group? Are you exercising for more than one hour per day? If necessary, apply moderation to your plan and to your thinking. Then keep moving forward.
