Switching It Up

In my most recent blog entitled "Liquid Cake", I write about enjoying my morning coffee with some cream and sugar in it as my breakfast, hence the 'liquid cake'.
Whilst it was helping me to maintain a change in diet and to lose additional pounds, I've since realized the health benefits for me to use as little sugar as possible.
Currently I have my coffee with just half and half and quite frankly I was amazed that it was still quite enjoyable and that I didn't miss the sugar at all!!
This is just one of the ways that I have been switching it up to achieve healthy weight loss.
Implementing a daily window time of eating, focusing mostly on meat, veggies, nuts and some cheese sans sugar and carbs, (for the most part), I feel has helped me reach a weight that I have not seen in a while. Yay!
In conjunction with getting some exercise in, remaining active and productive have also helped tremendously.
