Good day for football- GO PACK GO!
Not good for staying on plan. Mostly the eating breakfast has helped this week. I've also been getting fat in early plus veggies but today I had some food - bbq ribs - that I haven't ordered in ages. Plus dessert & drinkd.
I should have had soup & salad because I also got hungry again later so ended up going way over & eating more junk.
Tomorrow I'll be back on plan & already stocked the fridge.
I'm making progress with the packing dp hope that once this move is behind me, that stress will be gone & I can focus mostly on me again. Between PT & organizing to pack & making decisions about what needs to be done w/ the house to sell it, I miss sleeping in. By this time next year my retirement should be more what I envisioned, quiet, peaceful, time to read & up early only when traveling for short trips.
