Good day for football- GO PACK GO! Not good for staying on plan. Mostly the eating breakfast has helped this week. I've also been getting fat in early plus veggies but today I had some food - bbq ribs - that I haven't ordered in ages. Plus dessert & drinkd. I should have had soup & salad because I also got hungry again later so ended up going way over & eating more junk. Tomorrow I'll be back on plan & already stocked the fridge. I'm making progress with the packing dp hope that once this move is behind me, that stress will be gone & I can focus mostly on me again. Between PT & organizing to pack & making decisions about what needs to be done w/ the house to sell it, I miss sleeping in. By this time next year my retirement should be more what I envisioned, quiet, peaceful, time to read & up early only when traveling for short trips.

    Stress seems like it is everywhere. My goal is to learn to handle it without eating everything in the refrigerator and kitchen sink. Try to find some me time and remember to love yourself. The rest will come.
