It makes me sad to say that I do believe I am back at square one. I know it didn't happen over night but I am not sure how this happened. Not only have I gained the weight back (and some), now I have high blood pressure. That didn't happen overnight as well. Recently, they put me on some BP meds for good reason. I am really hoping I won't be on them long. I'd like to say this time I am wiser.
I've been doing cardio and eating veggies but I need to up my game.. so that's what I shall do. Right now, I probably work out about 3 times a week which I'll try to increase to 5 times. As for veggies, I probably eat about 3-4 servings which I am going to try to increase 6 servings for fruit and veggies each. If you know any veggie based meals, please drop them in the comments.
In addition to the veggies, I am going to try to consistently get 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 5 days a week until the end of October. Than increase it by 15 minutes in November and again in December so I get up to 60 minutes.
