Well hello all! I took my 7 weeks pics and I have lost some more inches, YAY!! Slowly but surely I will get this weight off. It seems like it is taking forever to get these 10 pounds off, good lawrd! The healthy weight for my height is 130. I was 150 and im working on getting to 140 -135. I want to keep my curves but I want to be slim fit as well so that's my goal. Im still working out 6-7 time a week, an 30 mins to an hour a day. 3-4 days of running and 3 days of strength training. And eating clean 80/20, so it is working its just taking forever. Oh well I will eventfully get there and hopefully before the end of this year. I hoping to reach my goal by the end of November, we will see. Any who I just wanted to check in with my sparks peeps!! KEEP ON SPARKING AND BEING ACTIVE!!
